Thanks to the generosity of our local donors and the dedication of our wonderful volunteers, each meal includes a tasty sandwich, refreshing drinks, crunchy chips, and a sweet cookie. This service aims to bring a bit of comfort and joy to our patients during their treatment, showing that the community cares deeply about their well-being.

Look Good, Feel Good
For cancer patients experiencing hair loss, we provide a selection of wigs, turbans, and hats. These items are available to patients through a referral from Texas Oncology-Odessa West Texas Cancer Center.
Transportation assistance is provided through a referral from Texas Oncology-Odessa West Texas Cancer Center as patients are going through their cancer treatment. Gas cards are available for patients in remote areas. Local patients receive complimentary vouchers for Uber/taxi services.

Dental assistance is provided only when the oncologist will not administer cancer treatment without the prescribed dental procedures.

Durable medical equipment is provided upon referral, when a patient is in need of wheelchairs, walkers, or other supplies.

Prescription Assistance is available with an order from the patient's oncologist and the cancer treatment is either dependent on the medication or the medication is prescribed for comfort during the treatment.

New Patient Care Bags are given to the patient at their orientation before they start their chemo or radiation treatment. All products in the respective bags have been recommended and approved by the PAs at Texas Oncology-Odessa West Texas Cancer Center and are given to help with the side effects of chemo or radiation treatments.
